1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Bare Wolf offers returns and/or exchanges in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy displayed on the website.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, the product must generally be:
– Unworn.
– Unwashed.
– Unaltered.
– Free from stains, odours or damage.
– Returned with original tags, packaging and accessories where applicable.
Certain products may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable for legitimate reasons, including hygiene considerations or where expressly identified on the product page, subject always to applicable consumer law.

2. REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, Bare Wolf will process the eligible refund in accordance with the applicable Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
Where an order is cancelled by Bare Wolf after payment has been received, the eligible amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
Shipping charges, return shipping charges or other charges will be treated according to the applicable Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
3. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND COUPONS
